The redevelopment of the existing builidings into a 5 storey apartment complex including internal courtyards and an industrial gallery.

The most successful built heritage adaptive reuse projects are those that best respect and retain the building’s historic significance and add a contemporary layer that provides value for the future.

In this proposal, added elements draw from the industrial nature of the building they are attached to, and help link it to its more contemporary surroundings.
