The development consists of 71 carefully crafted 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments with a high level of amenity.

Due to its orientation and innovative planning, the vast majority of the apartments enjoy an abundance of solar access and natural cross ventilation. Each unit has a spacious outdoor entertaining area with an integrated planter box and priority screening.

Natural hues in the material palette reference the soil types that can be found across the country and are further expressed in a variety of textured surfaces.
A series of intertwining volumes that gracefully adopt to the falling site
The proposal consists of two volumes that create a unique, yet coherent presence along both street frontages.

The language transitions along O'Brien St, whereby a stage of individually sculpted blade walls formulate the entry forecourt.
