Twenty Raglan composes three multi-level residences, retaining the original envelop. Drawing inspiration from its Art Deco history, the development proposes a sophisticated reinvention whilst creating generous and elegant residences with expansive harbour views.

With the original site composing a 3 storey brick residential flat building, the redevelopment brings a focus on sustainability through retaining and reusing the exiting built form and increasing the landscaped area.
Rouge curved concrete
Externally, design cues were taken from the rich red brick and introduced arrival moments that pair together the architectural forms.

Sophisticated and gently curvaceous corners constructed over the existing envelop to soften the transition to adjacent buildings and reduce visual bulk, with the use of natural material palette bricks, adequate use of thin metal banding, glass balustrades feature openness to balconies while ensuring privacy at the same time.
Subtle deco details
The interiors are rich with fine metalwork, shimmering waxed plaster, elegant patterned stones, textured veneer and fabric to highlight the expansive harbour views.

Meticulously crafted and reflecting smooth, modern and natural texture. Soft sophisticated flooring grounds the apartment in a gentle coastal ambiance, limestone parquet adds a sophisticated European touch reminiscent of grand Parisian apartments and in the arrival space a punch of bold black marble is used as a formal piece.
