A collection of 28 apartments over 5 storeys sitting above a ground floor retail development.

Situated on a corner allotment the horizontal and vertical expression composed of subtle texture interplay such as staggered bricks, soldier course laid bricks, dark metal cladding and privacy screens create visual interest to the streetscape while also aiding to break down the bulk. It also gives an additional visual layer of solidity and privacy, especially for frontage.

The contemporary architectural style coupled with orientation and configuration of the site enables a highly articulated aesthetic broken down in distinct elements.
An interplay of light and shade
Each part of the external building corners and facade are characterized by its articulated form, texture interplay, indentation and plater boxes to reduce its bulk and create interesting architectural patterns in proportions and scale. An interplay of light and shade, it aims to provide strong visual link from the street.
