The Kuring-gai

This 16-luxurious apartment is designed with high amenity maximizing the opportunity for solar access and cross flow ventilation.

A sweeping fluid façade accentuates the building entry, defining the naturally lit and ventilated lobby on each level. This fluidity of the faced treatment is complimented through the juxtaposition of disbursed feature screening which doubles as privacy measures for apartment terraces.

Fluid design brings a new dimension to apartment living within a bespoke setting.

Upper level units have been setback from the building footprint below allowing for substantial wrap around terraces to the larger apartments with panoramic city-skyline views.

The communal roof-top terrace also leverages off the elevated position to maximize the views.
