Kew Bondi is a boutique residential development situated on the southern headland of Australia’s most iconic beach, the proposal was taken on and completed by PBD Architects following the original design was developed at SJB Architects.

With a north facing site each individually designed apartment enjoys beautiful natural night and sea breezes. Architecturally the contemporary built form is wrapped with patterned brick, solid timber soffits and screens, folded steel window reveals and zinc cladding.

This bespoke project with its premium detailing and light filled spaces is a perfect blend of minimalism and elegance. The interiors of Kew Bondi blend natural materials and textures with clean sophisticated detailing.
Natural textures & the colours of Australia’s beachside
Blonde timbers, textural marble and travertine bring a robustness to the living environment. Hand painted oak wardrobes, wool carpets and brushed nickel tap ware bring to life the textures of everyday touch points.

An overriding sense of the spaces are designed to let you live the Bondi life.
