The Kuring-gai

A collection of 10 exclusive residences perfectly positioned in Neutral Bay.

The northern and southern appearance of the building is distinguished by its responds to the streetscape allowing and requesting a layered approach to the landscaping elements.
Herringbone floors, curved lines and brass accents
Colour and material selections have been made to create seamless transitions between inside and outside and allowing the development to provide a high-quality design addition to the surrounding neighbourhood.

Clean brick lines and metal accents sit amid lush green landscaping and natural sandstone, which blends with the Lower North Shore aesthetic.
