The proposal of 16 apartments located was carefully considered around the existing site and designed to maxamise the solar orientation and privacy due to being located in the center of Bondi Beach.

The development is marked by a central core while the general massing adapts to the natural ground level by pushing downwards towards the rear side or the building in order to make full use of the site and surroundings.
