Cremorne Point Estate is a heritage listed site with a three story building that has been redeveloped into 6 designer apartments designed for the day to day post-modern lifestyle.

The reconstruction of the estate greatly improves the livability of the duplexes and is to be aligned with contemporary expectations for living requirements.

Our vision for the project is to update and reinvigorate these somewhat tired buildings. We are retaining and restoring the key elements of heritage value and bringing contemporary quality and amenity to all parts of the development.
