The 5-storey shop-top housing development on Sydney Rd comprises of 12 residential apartments, ground level offices and a 2-level basement carpark catering for residents, offices and visitors.

A mixture of off-form concrete, fluted concrete upturns, timber-look screens and metal feature cladding are proposed. Vibrant colours are proposed for a few balcony walls to make a design statement as a sophisticated and modern apartment building.

The various scaled architectural features allow it to break down the façade into proportions like the adjacent buildings and create an articulated and interesting outlook along the streetscape.
