Multi-unit residential development comprising of 20 apartments, ground level communal open space and 1.5 levels of basement. The proposed built form is consistent with the envisaged building typology surrounding precinct.

The building has an articulated form through dynamic recesses, featured curved brick wall façade framing, balcony projections to reduce its bulk and creating a visual division of the built form.

Materials and muted earth tones have been carefully selected to respect adjoining heritage dwellings, allowing the development to add value to its surrounding context.
