The building’s façade design draws inspiration from Roseville’s architectural heritage and the natural landscape:

• Brick Façades on the First Three Levels – A nod to the inter-war streetscape, ensuring continuity with the existing built environment.


• Vertical and Horizontal Elements – A balanced aesthetic that accentuates the horizontality of the balconies, which feature striking glass balustrades and horizontal shadow lining.


• Timber-Look Metal Soffits – Lower-level balconies are enhanced with warm, timber-like soffits that contrast beautifully against the brick façade, creating visual interest.


• Stepped Northern Façade (Levels 4 to 6) – The upper levels feature an escalonated form, adding architectural distinction when approaching from Pacific Highway. Additional landscaping will further soften the façade and complement the greenery characteristic of the Ku-ring-gai area.
