Offering water views down to Cronulla beach and sitting on an elongated allotment, Ozone comprises a 9 storey residential development of 35 apartments.

The highly-articulated Ozone St, Ocean Grove Rd and Cecil Monro Ave facades incorporate carefully-designed building elements such as the projected slab edges, pre-cast concrete upturns, clean glass balustrade, graceful curved edges and entry point, 6-storey high elliptical columns and vertical privacy screen to add more texture to the overall building presentation. The eastern appearance of the building is characterised by textural cladding and screening, a 2-storey high green wall, dark-tone rendered walls set between openings to create an interesting architectural patterns in proportions and scale.

The design aims to activate/enhance vibrancy and playfulness to activities happening in the surrounding, including recreational use in the beach, pool and park, pedestrian movement and communal interactions between the residents.
