Development proposes the construction a 3-storey residential flat building comprising of 15 apartments, and basement car parking.

The highly articulated Bunyula Rd and O'Sullivan Rd facades incorporate carefully-designed building elements. Each part of the external building corners and façade are characterised by its articulated form, open corner balconies, feature curved blade walls, metal battens to planter boxes to reduce its bulk and create interesting architectural patterns in proportions and scale.

Colour and material selections have been made to create a consistent building language throughout the development. It aims to provide a strong visual link from the street and seamless transition to the surrounding context.
“Sculptural forms playfully terrace across the site, with a balance of carefully configured apartments capturing views, drawing in natural light and enjoying exceptional amenity”
