The Malton, consisting of 4 Malton road fronting dwellings with 6 apartments at rear is nestled in a quiet and leafy enclave.

The original Federation façade has been sensitively restored and preserved to fit in seamlessly with the architecture of its neighbours.

With heritage and classical architecture as the shell, PBD Architects sought to compliment these with modern interiors. The build joinery elements are well proportioned and detailed for functionality. The palette all starts from the base finishes: floors and walls. Oak floors, warm whites and plush wool carpets as the tones and textures.
Combination of heritage architecture and abundant landscape
The Malton embodies a perfect balance of built and natural environment that make it a simply beautiful place to live.

Featuring communal gardens offering resting hubs within canopies of green, water feature, soft lawn and seating for residents’ casual gathering.
