The proposed development of 20 apartments, made up of 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms, features a highly articulated facade that incorporates carefully-designed elements.

Inspired by the idyllic nature of nearby Coogee Beach by looking at the relationship between the rawness of the surrounding rockface and fluidity of the water.

These elements create a consistent building language and ensure a seamless integration, retaining the vertical grain/pattern in response to the environment.
AMPLIFYING THE OUTDOORS
Atop the building, residences spill to wrap-around terraces and private gardens. Formed concrete columns gently enfold the spaces like the curving coast.

Plantings fuse flowing architectural forms in a botanical show. Indoor-outdoor living kissed by nature and the sun. In the sun-filled courtyard residences, there’s a constant play between inside and out. Living spaces that dissolve the lines between interior and exterior. Cooling gardens that fold nature seamlessly into your home. Perfect for alfresco entertaining and children’s play.
