A high end multi-residential development with 9 luxury apartments is proposed in Bellevue Hill.

The proposed building has a free form and unique aesthetic. Massing and façade details are designed to respond to both the desired character of the area and to be sympathetic with the existing building on site.

The overall design and material selections are a valuable addition to the established style in Bellevue Hill.
Integration of design features from the existing building
The proposal features a restrained palette of dual tone brick masonry off-form concrete as well as screens and battens for an elegant finish.

As the central building break with darker soldier courses is a reference to the heritage significance of the existing building.
