This development proposes a collection of 42 luxury apartments in 2 distinct built forms. A landscaped courtyard sits between the built form known as Abbie's Lawn to create an 'outside-in' approach and village feel for residents. And 2 retail tenancies located on the ground level.

Abbie's Lane sees a highly articulated built form designed to respond and contribute to its locality, an eclectic mix of business intertwined with residential. The careful consideration of the surrounding heritage conservation area, is reflected in the unique identity of the building and throughout all elements of the design.

With a North/East aspect residents are given access to beautiful views from private courtyards and a rooftop terrace.

Sensitive to the busyness of Parramatta Road, the architecture design ensures the most effective acoustic outcome for each apartment.

The solidity and depth of the façade, orientation of each apartment layout, deep balconies and recessed upper levels create a sense of calm and tranquility within.
