This proposal of 310 apartments is comprised of five 8-storey buildings, 4 of which are inter-connected and fronting the main street with 1 stand-alone building addressing the secondary street frontage.

The primary building form rests above a two storey podium consisting of a retail strip activating a lively street frontage. The upper levels are broken into dual tiered form to minimize vidual impact from ground level. Landscape treatments soften building edges and transition when approaching higher levels.
