The development proposal incorporates the subdivision and construction of 6 Torrens titled townhouse. Each townhouse features individual private courtyards and rear lane garage access. The architecture reflects the traditional townhouse arrangement and emphasizing the connections between indoor and outdoor living.
The street façade is broken down by a staggering of the building line, variation of materials and addition of cantilevered planter boxes. This arrangement creates a sense of depth and horizontal movement to a traditionally vertical and flat façade. The colour and material selection reflects on the materiality of the surrounding industrial buildings but the carries a refined residential feel.
